REMUS Data ReadMe file The CTD data is unreliable above 0.5 meters due to surfacing. The “E” file for the 600 has both ecopucks in it. When the column “instance” is 0 the data is chlorophyll a, phycoerythrin, and cdom. When instance is 1, then the data is beta470, 532 and 650. The "L" file contains biolum as "light" in photons per second, chlorophyll a and backscatter. Bioluminescence data("light") from 101013 is unreliable at this point. A jellyfish was sucked into the intake housing and most likely affected the data. Chlorophyll and backscatter are okay.
